How to Extract Pokémon Unite 3D Models

     If you are a 3D artist, game modder, animator, or content creator, extracting Pokémon Unite 3D models can help you learn character topology, animations, and textures for educational and personal practice.

    In this tutorial, I will show how to extract Pokémon Unite 3D models using BlueStacks emulator, NinjaRipper (Public Version), and Noesis.

Tools Required to Extract Pokémon Unite 3D Models

Before starting, make sure you have the following tools installed:

1️⃣ BlueStacks App Player(version-5.22.0.2202)

  • Used to run Pokémon Unite on PC
  • Recommended for smooth rendering

2️⃣ NinjaRipper (Public Version-1.7.1)

  • Used to capture 3D models and textures from the game
  • Public version works well for learning purposes

3️⃣ Noesis

  • Used to open and convert extracted 3D files
  • Supports multiple formats like .rip, .dds, .obj, etc.

Step 1: Install Pokémon Unite on BlueStacks

  1. Open BlueStacks
  2. Sign in with your Google account
  3. Search Pokémon Unite in Play Store
  4. Install and launch the game
  5. Let the game fully load (important for proper capture)
  6. Go to setting and set graphic render to Directx and save
DirectX

 Step 2: Configure Ninja Ripper

  • Open Ninja Ripper
  • Double Click and Run Ninjaripper and Select Exe path. If you don't know how to set Exe path, then watch our YouTube video. 👇
  • Set Output Folder (where files will be saved)
  • Then click on Run Button .
  • After the emulator home screen loads, double-click the PokemonUnite icon to start the game.

Step 3: Capture Pokémon Unite 3D Models

    1. When Pokémon Unite opens, go to:
  • Character selection screen
  • Lobby screen
  • Character preview area
    2.Press the NinjaRipper hotkey:
        F10
    3.The screen may freeze for a few seconds (this is normal)

    4.NinjaRipper will extract:

  • 3D Meshes
  • textures
  • shader data

Step 4: Open Extracted Files in Noesis

      1.Open Noesis.
      2.Browse to NinjaRipper output folder
      3.Look for files with extensions like:
    • rip
    • dds
       4.Select the correct model file
       5.Load and preview the Pokémon 3D model
       6.Export the model to:
    • obj
    • fbx(recommended for blender)

Step 5: Import Model into Blender

  1. Open Blender
  2. Go to:
    • File → Import → FBX / OBJ
  3. Apply textures manually if needed
  4. Adjust scale and rotation
  5. Now you can:

  • Animate the character
  • Render images
  • Study topology

Common Problems & Fixes

❌ Model Looks Broken

✔ Try loading another .rip file
✔ Some files are UI or effects, not characters

❌ Textures Missing

✔ Manually assign .png textures in Blender
✔ Use Noesis texture export option

❌ Game Crashes While Ripping

✔ Lower BlueStacks graphics settings
✔ Close background apps
